  • Landing Alkhornet , PM cruise to Poolepynten, late PM cruise further North
DAY 3
  • Krossfjorden & Kongsfjord . Visit of Ny Alesund – The NortherMost Town of the World

DAY 4

  • Magdalenefjorden, NW Spitsbergen

DAY 5

  • Prins Karls Forland, Fuglehuken, and/or Sarstangen

S/V REMBRANDT VAN RIJN

Rembrandt van Rijn measures 49,50 meters in length, 7 meters in width, and has a draft of 2,8 meters. The average cruising speed on engines is 6,5 knots. It has an experienced crew of 16 persons on board including 6 tour guides and a cook. The ship can accommodate a maximum of 30 passengers in 15 cabins. It has six Twin Private Inside cabins (with shower and toilet, no porthole), and nine Twin Private cabins (with shower and toilet and porthole).

ABOUT Svalbard Expedition Cruise
  • This is Svalbard Expedition Cruise, private chartered by Lights of Vikings

  • Our cruise is small sailing boat that we accept maximum 30 people on each expedition

  • There is no special polar bear safari or chasing them which is not allowed by low, this is expedition cruise that gives us chance to see wildlife from safe distance

  • All activities, shore landings and sailing route depending on the weather permitting

  • We recommend you to arrive to Svalbard 1 day before the charter that we can pick you up from your hotel next day for the sailing start.

  • Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
  • Personal travel insurance

  • Plane tickets to Svalbard

INCLUSIONS

  • Sailing expedition on our boat for 6 days based on the booked room type
  • All meals during the sailing dates
. Breakfast, lunches and dinners will be served as buffet style in the restaurant and is prepared by our cook. Various snacks, coffee and tea are available free of charge throughout voyage
  • Transportation from airport to the boat
  • Shore landings by zodiac boats

  • Photography workshop lead by Lights of Viking’s guides
  • All the pictures, videos are taken by our photographer guides

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • As we have limited place on good price fort his expedition, we require %100 payment on bookings.
You can cancel the tour with %100 refund back 90 days before the departure date.
